Grotto Massage

First time ever getting a massage! Decided to do a couple massage since they had a great deal on Groupon. We traveled thirty minutes and it definitely was worth the drive. The location is above H&M on the second floor to the left of the building. Took us a few minutes trying to find it. We recommend making an appointment ahead of time as we noticed they were busy and turning walk in clients away due to being busy. We checked in and only waited a few minutes (not bad for a Saturday evening). We were taken back to a room where my husband and I got an hour long massage. Very efficient and I left feeling sore in a very good way! They were able to get many of my knots on my back out. Will definitely return due to great service.

This place should get 10 stars, came here today for my one year anniversary with my wife and got the one hour couples massage, I like how they ask at the front desk what kind of pressure you want when you first walk in, the therapist were very nice, me and my wife both work a warehouse job so we’re always on our feet and we workout a lot and the massage was very helpful, will definitely be coming back on our next visit to Carlsbad

Fantastic experience! I was driving through town in my travels and was in desperate need of a massage. I was so happy to discover this day spa, and found that I could easily make an appointment online. I signed up for the 60 minute foot massage (which included a clothed body massage as well). Soon after they called to confirm my appointment and discuss any special requests, injuries, pressure preferences, etc. Upon my arrival the front desk staff was attentive and polite, and led me to the waiting area, gave me a water, and kept me updated. I got an incredible massage from my assigned massage therapist (Tony? Toby? Troy?). He was professional, applied perfect pressure, had great attention to detail, and made sure I was comfortable throughout the whole process. I felt extremely relaxed and well-stretched afterward. The service area was somewhat public, but that was fine. Everything was tidy, clean, and well-decorated, and after a nearby massage treatment was finishing up I observed...
